One by one the criminals that plague this administration and the cancer they have created in our government will get their just reward. Hopefully in the near future Mr. Ney will join Duke Cunningham in a jail cell and soon to be followed by Tom DeLay. With the Congress expected to turn left in November perhaps these investigations and subsequent convictions will be speeded up.

Mr. Abramoff pleaded guilty in January to conspiring to corrupt members of Congress and other public officials. The scandal was among the factors that led Representative Tom DeLay of Texas, the former House Republican leader, who had been close to Mr. Abramoff, to resign in June, his aides said at the time.
