I think Maureen is on to something. Sounds like a terrific idea to me.....buy the armor for the troops, then put a Golden Arches every couple of blocks and a Super Wal-Mart every couple miles so the Chinese can dump some of their land-fill filler on another part of the globe and keep those insurgents off the streets with some really great jobs.
